All sales are final. Returns are not accepted.
The products listed for sale on this site are unique and custom produced per order. Returns or exchanges are not allowed if you ordered the wrong item, size, color, or if you simply don’t like the product. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item offered on our site.
Damaged or Defective Items: We want to get you squared away as quickly as possible. Please contact us if you received a damaged or defective item and let us know if you prefer a refund or replacement. Include your order number!
We will ask you to send us photos of the defect or damage with the packing slip visible in the same frame, along with photos showing how the item was packaged. A replacement shipment or the refund will be processed after reviewing the order and at our sole discretion. We’ll accept damage or defect claims up to 14 days from the delivery date.
Incorrect Shipment Contents: If you received the wrong item, size, or order, we’ll do right by you and get you the correct item(s) at no additional cost to you. Please contact us with your order number and photos of the item or size tag. We’ll arrange any replacements needed after reviewing the order.

Apparel in our shop may be printed on different apparel brands by different manufacturers, so one sizing chart will not apply to all products listed. If your needed sizing information is not available in the description of an item you are interested in, please contact us with the item name, style and color and we’ll reply with the dimensions.
Unfortunately, we are unable to alter or cancel an order once it has been submitted. Please make sure all of your shipping and payment information is correct before completing the transaction.
We reserve the right to cancel orders that are suspected of fraud or abuse of our Terms of Service. If your order is on hold due to invalid billing or shipping info, we’ll attempt to contact you. The order will be canceled if we don’t hear back from you within 3 business days.
If you reached a confirmation page after completing your purchase which provided your order number and receipt then yes, your order has gone through.
If you did not receive an order confirmation email it usually means that the wrong email was entered at checkout. Please contact us with the email used, the first and last name associated with your order and the date your order was placed so we can resend your order confirmation.
To complete the checkout, your credit card company puts an authorization for the order amount on your card. This money has not yet been paid to Reaper Lords LLC, rather your card company has put a hold on it for you while you check out. If your address information fails validation (like when your shipping and billing addresses don’t match), then your payment will be declined and your order will not be completed.
Your credit card company will usually release the authorization 3-5 business days after it is made, depending on your financial institution. Note that if you attempt to checkout multiple times, your card will be authorized multiple times.

Shipments destined outside the United States may require additional duties or import taxes to be paid on delivery. All of the shipping fees and applicable sales taxes we collect will be clearly shown to you alongside the service and estimated transit time upon checkout. The customer is responsible for the payment of all additional fees. Unfortunately it is very difficult or impossible for us to estimate the duties and taxes your country may charge you. If you have any questions, please contact your local officials.
Please note that international shipments do not have a guaranteed delivery time. The standard shipping service may take anywhere from one to several weeks and does not have location tracking.

Custom printed products are typically shipped individually directly from the manufacturer. Orders may be combined to boost shipping times to help ensure your orders are delivered in a timely matter. Remaining shipping balances will be used to cover additional shipping label and fulfillment costs. No refunds will be provided.
If your order has yet to ship, please contact us, providing your order number and the updated address you would like your order shipped to. We will contact the manufacturer for solutions.
If your order has already been shipped then please reach out to the shipping carrier to redirect your package. If your package is returned to us, we will do our best to contact you for an updated address or provide other remedy.
Our representatives are available Monday-Friday. Typically, you can expect a response within 24-48 hours. Please allow more time if a hot new game just came out and/or during new product releases, special promotions, and US or international holidays.
